Our church was in need of a grand piano for a very important performance. Another piano store quoted us a price and we went ahead with them. The day of the event they were a no show. After calling for over a hour and leaving several messages, with no response; I had to move on. I found Dave on-line and described our severe situation. He immediatly put my mind at ease by saying, ""yes we can have a grand piano delivered today."" There was however another issue. No tuners were available for a same day emergency service. When Dave learn of this HE CLOSED HIS SHOP, came to our location and tuned it himself! Our church was prepared to pay a premium. We were shocked when we recieved an invoice for $265 less than the original piano store's price. This is simply the finest customer service I have ever witnessed. To say I recommend Dave is a vast understatement.
