I like that they're local and I can see and feel the equipment before I make a decision to buy.
But my main gripe is the customer service. The other day I needed a new tripod and a young man behind the desk asked if I needed help and I told him I needed some advice buying a tripod. He was very impatient while I talked it out and tried to make a decision. Another time I called in before driving all the way out and the guy on the phone said they had six of what I needed. When I arrived the young man at the counter said they didn't have them. I even reiterated what I wanted, ""Not in stock, but we can order it."" I called the next day to have it ordered and they said they had it . Is this a joke?
I used to come to this store quite often because they had great prices and I want to help out the local store, but it's going to the back of the line behind Amazon and B&H. My suggestion, make sure you know exactly what you want before coming to the store so you don't have to ask anyone for any help!!!
