I have to echo ""Wouldn't advise going here,"" the service is weak and they don't do justice to items that range beyond the quality of t-shirts, jeans, and polyester. Of the five items I brought in, two were new with the tag still on, and only one had seen the inside of a washing machine. I was initially pleased when two pieces sold in the first week, although it turns out the suiting separates were group together as one item. I wonder if that would have happened if they weren't the same size? So after 30 days, they halve the ticket price of the remaining items, and after 60 days, they give them to charity, but you can reclaim your consignments after 50 days. Since nothing sold after the first week, I was eager to go back and get my things, figuring I could take them to a boutique or a reputable internet seller. The clerk seemed surprised and told me to ""go find them in the racks."" After 45 minutes of searching where they ""should be"" and then where ""they might be,"" and enlisting the help of another employee, I gave up on locating the most valuable item I brought in and figured they could find it and call me. In my quest to search every damned rack in the store, I got a good sense of what really drives this business. It's the stuff in my closet that I would never ask anyone to give me money for; the cheap, worn schlock that goes straight to the donation box, and it's organized no better than the Goodwill. It's a roll of the dice trying trying to find anything in there. Oh, and my missing piece? The two employees who knew I was fervently searching for it neglected to notice it being sold while I was in the store. I walked away with minimum wage for the time I wasted in there. more
