This particular location is very dirty (wads of hair in the shower area, sanitary products on the floor, toilets seats covered in human waste), smells, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. They sleep, eat, listen to music, pretty much do everything but their jobs. I had a personal trainer there named Cercy touch me innapropriately, say sexually explicit things to me, and make sexual advances towards me. I & a few other people have caught him & other staff members engaging in sexual acts in their back offices after hours & the club manager does nothing about it. I was at this location for about a year when I switched to 24 hour fitness. They are worth the extra money every month because they won't allow any of what goes on at Bally's happen there!
