Terribly mismanaged. Great employee skill wasted in a poorly run spa.
Owner is scattered (you will see if you ever go in and she is there), employees have no direction. Went in twice for facial and massage. Nearly all new employees in two month span.
When I asked my masseuse about it, she was reluctant to talk. I pried, and she indicated the bad management and poor pay. Said turnover was always a problem because of how the business is (or is NOT) run.
Go to an established spa for better service, and more consistency. Though the staff seemed competent, the overall atmosphere and low morale was depressing.
Perhaps they will get better with time, but it clearly looks, feels, and performs ""amateurish"" right now. Sad for the folks that work there.
