Terrible service. Had to schedule 3 appointments because they didn't show up for the first two (no explanation given). Only reason we did three was because it was through our home warranty company. Then, when they finally did show up, they charged a $50 service call (which they didn't tell us about when we talked to them directly about rescheduling 2 times) and didn't do any work because they didn't think our garage door was broken. When I called the manager at the (612) 623-3667 number to express my frustration with the service call charge (which, again, was never mentioned to us) and the 2 previous missed appointments, he ended up calling me a POS and hanging up. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this company. more
