I called the Nature First Pest Control when I discovered the other pest company I had scheduled to come to my home had several complaints with the BBB. I was surprised that Randy personally answered on a holiday weekend, and immediately showed interest and in depth knowledge regarding my pest problems. He arrived as scheduled, assessed my concerns, performed a thorough inspection, and told me I did not need the "full assault" style package that had been marketed to me previously. Not only were his solutions practical, but they also cost significantly less, saving me nearly $1150.00. Most importantly, he told me what to expect, and like clockwork, my pest problems were solved within the 3 month window as predicted. I am very glad to have met Randy personally, and will recommend him to anyone who needs help eliminating unwanted pests.
