If I could give a score of a ""zero"" I would. The installer from Luxury floors Inc showed up over three hours late, after which he spent a bit of time talking on his cell phone. He started talking about leaving for personal business from the moment he arrived. The quality of installation was subpar and they asked us not to watchthem install the floors. After we spoke with the project manager, the installer from Luxury floors left and said he did not want to finish the job.
