We had used A & I for almost 5 yrs. Over the last year trash pickup seemed to be a day late here or there. Then in June it was like they ran when they wanted to and all of a sudden they quit picking up ""we just had paid for 3months of service"". After numerous calls that were never returned we finally found out that a few of his trucks had gotten repoed. Then they decided to cut out our area all together. They sure don't mind cashing those checks where people prepaid at their request for trash service. A lot of people had paid up for a year. I personally hope he looses every truck he has and has to completely shut down. A completely dirty business practice. We now use Welch's trash pickup which have been excellent. Everyone who had A & I should band together and file a complaint with the company and petition them for full refunds of the money they stole, maybe he should even face jail time for stealing!!!!
