I have to say that the service contract HAS come in handy. They have performed regular annual maintenance on my furnace twice (at no cost) and recently did a $500 repair at no charge because of the service contract. Despite my doubts about bio-fuels as a truly sustainable alternative to oil, I appreciate being able to select the bio-diesel mix as an option for now. Rossoe, is my furnace's best friend.
