I have been a Rossoe customer since 2007. I just had the original furnace from when the house was built over 60 years ago serviced. Dave, the technician, was great. He was detail oriented and friendly. He explained what he was doing step by step. He replaced a few items and serviced other parts as part of the annual maintenance - no cost since I am signed up with their service contract. Rossoe's service contract is reasonable and I know I would have spent more money over the years for service and repairs if I was not signed up for the contract. Thumbs up for Rossoe and Dave.
