I had another company "clean" the air ducts years ago. The experience was so BAD!! I absolutely dreaded going another cleaning with any company. The corporation I work for used DuctWorks at our commercial bldg last summer. They did a fabulous job so I decided to go ahead at my residence AFTER a complete tear out and remodel of our 1945's house's main floor bathroom. Bill, our technician, got lots of drywall dust and other debris out of the system. We are eager to fire up the furnace this fall and enjoy the true value of this investment.
