BAD POOL OPENING 7/17/2011

We had Monarch open our pool and also install a new filter. Bad installers, took off pool cover, upt in 3 gal. of shock, left garbage from filter and opening, did not pull up a small portion of the liner that was slipping (I know that this is part of the opening process). We gave them over$1200.00 for their services/filter and did not receive anywhere near that. They do not know what they are doing, service people were rude and dirty. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, and suggest no one else use them either. BEWARE! more
