where to start. seated next to the kitchen entrance when there were many other seats available. salads were warm, brown and wilted, like they were made hours ago. the rolls were cold and hard. the bbq itself was smothered in sauce and liquid smoke, so you couldnt even taste the meat. we waited on our server to bring things that should have been brought out, and waited on the regular service such as refills and the like. we spoke to the manager, chad, who didnt seem to care that every aspect of our dining experience was bad, he acted like he had better things to do than listen to a paying customers experience. a complete waste of money and time, on of the worst dining experiences ive ever had. i will never go back, and wish there was a zero rating.
