After exhaustively calling around for a town car service and reaching voice greetings after voice greetins, I took a chance and called this company. I reached a live person which was shocking being as no other town car company seemed to man their phones. The person I spoke too was very pleasent and informative to my questions. I did not feel like I was getting a run around or a guessing answer to my questions. After speaking to this company's dispatcher, I felt comfortable in submitting a reservation. Though the form was lengthy I really felt good about all the information they posted on their web site. Most only have one page and leaves you guessing on what type of service you can expect. This one tells you and shows you the type of service one can expect. I received a confirmation email shortly after I submitted the form. The day of the service they showed up 18 minutes early. I was not ready to go just at that moment but fearing an upcharge I did get into a very nice town car 5 minutes early. To my surprise it was the owner of the company and he exlpained to me that there were no upcharges for wait time and that I did not have to feel rushed getting out to the car. I have ridden in quite a few town cars in different citys in the past and never really posted a review on any of them but this one I felt deserved a nice reply to the type of service they showed me. I would recommend this company and use them again if and when I ever travel to Portland.
