terrible terrible customer service and terrible sales associates. never get custom again. samona chaise lounger hell. i had what i thought was an okay experience selecting the lounger with my husband and friend/designer, selected a custom fabric with one of your sales associates when i was presented the wrong side of the swatch trying to match it to the sectional i bought from c&b last year. chaise arrives, i notice it was in fact the 'other side of the fabric', i was assured on the phone that if i took pictures, sent an email, someone would help me work through this. after 1.5 weeks of trying to get a hold of a s.a. with an answer, after having s.a. after s.a. tell me what they 'thought' was the problem, i was contacted by s.a who said 'i mean, there were 3 of you when you ordered.' (yup, we all recalled the 'other side') i asked her if you provided reupholstery. 'no'. no other help, just silence. i told her i would have to sell it on my own. she didn't care that i just had the worst expensive experience of my life nor that i will never shop at your store again. more
