I came here for an oil change on my Scion, which I'd delayed for far too long... and seriously, it made my day. It cost me minimal dinero and took about 30 minutes, which was exactly what I'd been told over the phone to expect. There was not one peep about convincing me to do any other unnecessary services. Jeff was all around awesome -- friendly, helpful, and honest. I really liked talking to him. Oh and while I was waiting, in walked one of my professors! Apparently, she and at least one other professor from my school have been coming to Elliott for many years. That definitely upped their credibility for me. I'm new to the area, and as a young woman, I know I'm a great candidate to get ripped off. I wanted to be careful about choosing an auto shop, and I'm happy/relieved to have stumbled upon Elliott. I am definitely coming back here for my next oil change!
