The only experience I have with The Car Store is when I purchased a car there and then took it back for routine maintenance. Of course, I made appointments ahead of time and whenever we showed up, we only had to wait for a short period of time. And when it was going to be a longer wait, they were kind enough to drive us into town for a few hours. We have been very satisfied with the service we've received and already have recommended them to others.
