I recently went to The Car Store to have the computer software in my car upgraded. This was a required manufacturer's upgrade. The Car Store is located close by, and they had a good reputation, so they were my most convenient option.
It was an in-and-out sort of visit, so I don't have too much to say. The customer service was decent. They were friendly and got to me in a timely manner. The only thing I didn't like is that they tried to sell me on other services. I might go to them again.
