After 27 years with Waste Service Inc we started our service this month with Wastepro. Today was supposed to be our first pick-up. We had the garbage out since last night; however, no one came to pickup. We called and were connected to dispatch. The dispatch talked to the driver who told her that he went by our street and there was no garbage out. That is not true. He either misread the address on his route sheet or missed us completely since this was our first time. The garbage had been out since yesterday. We even put Waste Pro label on our garbage can and the mail box. We are disappointed with their service so far and are already regretting the switch from Waste Services since they were offering to match wastepro price and they never missed a day of service.
