I lost 8 lbs., my blood sugar got back under control and my sugar cravings are gone. I also would say that for me would probably have an easier time on maintanence I am not a bar/shake person but for 5 days I could do it. I am diabetic and this didnt affect my blood sugar at all, in fact it helped get it back under control.
