I got a tatoo by Galen, who stated clearly that the area of the tattoo would need to be colored in 2-3 times. The color all but faded with the scabs and it looks terrible. I have called at least 6 times, sent two emails and have not been contacted by anyone for an appointment to recolor. I am beyond upset at this point. I paid the money for this tattoo and would like to be able to show it off, but it looks so faded and bad, like a 20 year old tattoo. more
