I wish I had read fjp476 review before going to this shop. I had several items that I needed repaired but decided to only take in one to see what kind of work he did. Had 2 zippers replaced on my wife's purse and it cost me $30. The zippers were stiff and when I went back I talked nice to him and explained they were too stiff for my wife. He told me there was nothing wrong with the zippers and I told him to compare them with the other zipper which was a lot easier to open. He ranted and raved. He has some problems. I went to a shop, Myer's Shoe Repair, in Broken Arrow and got all 3 zippers replaced for $12 and they work fine.
