worthless!
Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs.
I cracked my iphone 4 last evening and had to go on the dreadful search of a repair tech to replace my front glass. I called several places and well came across IFixYouri. I called here and was greeted by a person named Pete. This guy was nice and seemed assistful. I asked about price matching which they claim they did, asked about different cases, warranties, etc... I found out through q&a that they had a clear case which I really liked the idea of. I also asked about the feeling of the glass, and what not which he said was no different then OEM (stock).
I drove over to his store only to be greeted by a young surfer kid and this Pete who was working on a phone and didn't seem interested. I advised him I was the one that spoke with him on the phone - and I get reiterated some of the questions. His tone, demeanor, everything had changed. I asked again about price match as I had found one person who did the screen for 125 and another for 135. He snapped and responded obnoxiously ""We already lowered from 199.00 to 159.00 for the replacement I could take it or leave it!"". I asked to at least see the clear case.. He brings it out and it seemed flimsy. I told him it seemed flimsy etc... and tried to touch the glass and he responded with a smart remark saying ""there is plastic"" on it.
He continued with his snide remarks till I was just disgusted with his attitude and obnoxious ways. I walked outside and called the 1888 number which rang into the office in West Palm and notified them of this guys poor attitude. The gentleman there told me he agreed and expressed that he nor his employees would ever treat people like that. Like I told him ""your name is all over the front of this place"" and this guy just ruined it for me. I also told him I would share this with everyone I know include the web (which he responded) ""I really wish you wouldnt"".
The gentleman at the West Palm store could not offer me anything else other than an apology.
I then looked for another store and found another one called UBreakIFix on Curry Ford road. I asked every question I asked this idiot Pete at the other store and was told he would price match, and had the OEM cases there I could take a look at. He pulled it out, let me look at the glass, etc... Younger guy maybe in his 20's and his associate of the same age were VERY professional, extremely helpful, and got me in and out in 35 minutes! I now have a white Iphone conversion. *You may ask why..?* I asked UBreakIFix why as well. He stated the feel of the glass, the response of the glass, clarity etc was no where near OEM. This is why they only deal with white and black iphone glass. They are REAL OEM, and they come with a warranty from UBreakifix.
AVOID IFixYourI and go to UBreakiFix... trust me, you will be much happier!
