I can't add much that hasn't already been said, but I'll add my two cents, since I can't reach them for service at the moment. In a nutshell, they are:
Incompetent
Unresponsive
Occasionally rude
Unavailable
Inconsistent
Poor quality of services
I won't bore anyone with the particulars of my struggles with this company, but suffice it to say, they are HORRIBLE. If I had had any choice in provider whatsoever, I would never have signed on with them. Just a week ago, I saw little orange flags pop up along the sidewalk going to my apt building for the installation of fiberoptic cable that said AT&T. Waiting for the moment I can sign on to AT&T's Uverse and tell Wavevision to ""suck it"" is painful. I'm looking forward to that moment more than a 5 year old on Christmas Eve.
