If you want a terrible customer service experience - product back orders and insults -- please do business with them. Otherwise, I wouldn't waste my money or time. In such an economic downturn, you would think that customer service would be the first thing to return. WRONG!!! Go ahead, PREPAY for imaginary stock and then wait 3 weeks. When you call after that, prepare to be insulted and berated and then have them cancel your order. WOW...
