I was looking for a local company to use on a regular basis. I found this one, but called them first to question a couple of not so nice reviews. They explained that a competitor had written those and not much could be done to reverse them. I DECIDED TO HAVE KENS CARPET CLEAN MY TILE/GROUT. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB! MY TILE LOOKS LIKE THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN!
