I started going to Carrie's class beginning at 8 weeks of pregnancy and have found it to be the best pre-natal class in town. It's challenging enough that you get a great work out but also relaxing as the same time. I've suffered with low back pain ever since my first pregnancy and it's just gotten worse with one and I always feel so much better after leaving class. Carrie is always super positive and has a great teaching style making sure you have proper form to get maximum results. You will not be disappointed if you sign up!
