I will say that Dreamhouse Windows was a very easy company to deal with. the sales team came in as set up a little late but thats OK. They presented the product and demonstrated it. We agreed on a price and it was set in motion.
The windows where installled after a 2 to 3 week wait for manufacture which is what we expected. The installer's came out and set all the windows in 1 day and the install was done as I asked for. We own a LOG home and the install needs to be a little different thAat a conventional built home. They took out the entire window down to the frame. Replaced all the framing and inserted the new windows as promised.
The installers did a very neet job on the new windows and cleaned up all the old materials. the windows at this time seem to be functioning very nicely. I noticed one issue, small one and the company was quick to resolve it.
WE WILL RECOMMEND DREAMHOUSE WINDOWS to people. It was a good experiance.
