I have been buying nutcrackers from this shop for years but it wasn't till recent that I was having a problem with my Rolex that I found out how wonderful they really are. The service I received was top notch. The watch repairman was very knowledgeable, I was surprised that I was able to speak directly with him. The repair was finished quite fast, much faster than if I had sent it somewhere. Best of all my watch now looks brand new. I am so happy I will continue to do business for years to come.
