Dave Smith and the ASC team keep our high-mileage Benzes humming along. They almost always get it right the first time, and when they don't they are prompt to remedy any issues. Courtesy and responsiveness couldn't be better. Bills are very detailed; you know exactly what was done and how much it cost. I prefer email communication and they support that.
