I have had this service for about 5 years and they are 1 of 2 companies that pick up in our neighborhood....The other company is a little more expensive and they only pick up once a week but they have a heavy trash day once a month.....With this company the goods are that they pick up twice a month and are a little cheaper....The problems with this company is that even though they pick up twice a week they pretty much decide when to do that.. i dont know about some people but i dont like my trash cans sitting on the curb ALL DAY LONG when they tell you to put them out in the morning and sometimes they pick it up in the morning but most times they dont get it till at least 5 or 6pm....And the one day that I didnt put my trash out in the morning and was going to set it out when i got home from work guess what they picked it up in the morning....Now one year me and my wife were having hard times financially and we could not pay our bill. but instead of suspending our service like any other company will do and stop providing you with the service and only charge a late fee and etc. they on the other hand will stop providing you the service and still charge you full price until (and this is what they told me) call and suspend it myself....i told them that it is wrong to charge me full price for services that i am not receiving and they said that is how we do things around here. same thing was told to me when i talked to them about their bad pick up habits......All in all the only reason i have not changed companies is that they are cheaper and this is what i can budget and pick up ( when they decide ) twice a week.....
