Over the years that I have lived in NYC, I have rarely had a cleaners that was as prompt and detailed as this particular one. If you request a pick up and drop off on a certain day, rest asssured it will be there. And whenever their is any issue with my order, such as a torn hem or loose button, they contact me immediately to let me know what extra work needs to be done.
