I recently visited Puerto Sagua while in Miami. It was everything the reviewers said. The food was great from start to finish. I had the fried grouper with black beans and rice. They were the best black beans I have ever had. I could had eaten a bucket of them. The fish was cooked to perfection and a very large portion of fish at that. it was enough for at least 3 people. The tostones were the largest I have ever seen and perfectly cooked. Crisp on the outside and nice and moist on the inside. I had no room for dessert but it was a wonderful meal all around. Not much for ambiance or private conversations. It was very busy, noisy and crowded at 4 on a Saturday afternoon.
