Josh Turner was great. He was very nice and figured out what was going on with my thermostat. But the guy in the office that I spoke to is another story and really annoyed me. When the tech is ""way up north"" and not done tell the customer that. Dont just tell them ""he is finishing up and then on his way"". I waiting almost 2hrs for the tech to finally get to my house. Had the guy in the office told me Josh was ""way up north"" in the 1st place I could have gotten things done that I needed to while I waited the 2hrs...
