I dislike having to write bad reviews being as I am in hospitality businees. I work for Best Western in Iowa and I was planning my very first trip to Texas.This is where I am going to have my wedding and all I have to say is there is no way I would ever let any of my family or friends EVER stay in this hotel. The staff is rude and customer service SUCKS.... I did not stay at this Best Western because I could not even reserve a room as I was rudely accused in a way that I was not an employee of Best Western. If this BW can treat employees this way I can not even imagine how the guests get treated. I was told the Manager was to call me back and then no call, I had my manager call and got the same run around. 2 hours later they are full and I recieved no call back. I am so disappointed that I now have to stay at another BW that is 25 minutes further from my soon to be husband family. What a way to start a vacation to meet his family for the first time and plan my wedding. Thanks I will never forget this one particular experience. Just to make a note: I had no problem making a reservation at the airport Best Western over the phone. After my stay I will let our customers know how our stay was at the airport Best Western. Then maybe you will think twice before staying at this one.
