I can't recommend them highly enough. This company's personnel understand customer service. We were dog sitting for our grand-dogs and they got sick all over our area rugs on the weekend. I called two local carpet dealers who recommended Ace very highly. As soon as I called on Monday morning I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer explained how the cleaning process would work, the cost based on size and answered all my questions. She made several suggestions because of the nature of the problem. We were very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them.
