We have used Isley's for a number of years for water heater, plumbing, and airconditioning. Excellent office personnel, rates, and service. 1 job did require an additional trip- the job was fixed with satisfaction. The magnet does not leave the refrigerator. I have recommended & will continue to use Isleys.
