My sciatic was so bad, when I drove the 40 minutes to work , I couldn't wait to get out of the car to stretch out my leg. I would put an ice pack under my leg hoping for help relief of the cramping and pain. Beverly knew right away what to do . She gave me a few stretching exercises which I do in the morning and I am so much better. I try to go once a month for my massage and it is fabulous. Thanks Beverly
