This towing company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. They drive around looking for bogus reasons to tow you. Just like the other review, my car was also towed from an area that was unmarked. Nowhere on the sign does it tell you the proper place for visitors to park. You have to drive around the parking lot to find a very small sign to tell you (found this out after the fact). The parking spots are not marked in any way to tell you where or where not to park. The very RUDE man at the office of HICKORY TOWING will argue with you saying it is. I even have pictures of the sign showing it says nothing. The place where they bring your car is full of giant pot holes the size of craters while your car hits them on the way in. Then they park your car inches away from glass and metal scewers which could easily pop your tires. The man is very rude and unprofessional. i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to these crooks. He only accepts cash and closes at 5:00 which is a ridiculous time seeing how most people are still working until then. This is just another way for him to get an extra $20 out of you if $150 wasnt enough to begin with. i will be contacting better business bureau on this con artist of a company. Steer clear of them and dont ever use them for any type of services. i would give them a zero rating, but it wont let me.
