I am one of the unfortunate individuals that have a life threatening condition. It's called Sleep Apneia whereby I stop breathing multiple times a night as I am asleep. It's life threatening and could kill me. The solution I've been using is a cumbersome machine I attach to myself with a mask similar to a pilot's high altitude mask. I have to sleep with it for the rest of my life. I feel like Darth Vader wearing it. Dr Steve brought an alternative to me, thank goodness. Now, no more machine! He custom fashioned a lockable bite plate I use each night. Trust me. This is no big inconvenience especially compared to emcumbering myself with that dreaded mask and machine I have to lug with me where ever I go. Dr Steve saved my life and did it with minimal discomfort. Thankyou Dr Steve.
