I called to schedule a cleaning and asked how soon I can get an appt because I am an expat and am only in the USA for 3 weeks. I was told 'we have an appt open tomorrow'. So, I booked it. Once the x-rays & dentist check were done; I was told I would not have a cleaning today; because their policy is to have a new patient check appt before scheduling a cleaning. And, I wouldn't be able to get a cleaning for 2 weeks. I was very unhappy and let them know; since my time is very limited and I have a lot of other appts & family to see - but they did not care. I'm sure all they wanted was to get paid by my insurance and fill their slot; no matter how inconvient to me. And, since I had already done x-rays and started with them; I wasn't able to switch to a different dentist at this time. I will not continue with this dentist when I am back in town. I hope this review helps others to avoid this dentist and avoid being lied to by the staff.
