I always appreciate the promptness for getting me in a chair. I also appreciate the extra care the hygenist take with my sensitive teeth. The only thing I wish you would change is the billing invoices. They just say what's owed, but not a detail of the service or what amount is owed for each individual visit. It's very hard to say, "I owe that" because what I end up saying is "I owe for what?"
