First I would have hoped you all would let people know sooner. I called Thursday evening to schedule for Sunday and will be there for services. That would be a great time to FYI in advance. My friend and I scheduled pedis Friday am and got in during our lunch hour (appreciated getting in last minute) the girl I had mentioned the polish was thick I said just pull something similar it would be fine. She didn't used it anyway the large toe clumped messed up she did it again (thanks for that) I kept my shoes off for 3 hours after at work and still many of the toes practically melted off. I had to go to clients home for appointments didn't have time to go back. I redid my own polish as soon as I got home. I have always said that I always got th best pedis at essentials that last for months and this was not the case. When we checked out the girl over charged us added an appointment my friend had later in the day. We said don't worry about it since we had to get back to the office but even so she didn't use the discount as laraine schultz is a member. I am back Sunday. I hope this cn be fixed.
