I have never been treated more rudely, nor received worse service in any place ANYWHERE. I have travelled all over the USA and have had my good and bad experiences. But this place will never see even my shadow again.
If you have a choice, choose ANY WHERE BUT A NEW DAY SPA.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was confronted by an older woman who was rude and refused to make any accomodations whatsoever. After then demanding to speak with the owner, she said she WAS the owner.
How is this place in business?
