My recent massage was spoiled by the loud conversation in the treatment room next to mine. I asked my masseuse if she could knock on their door and ask them to be more considerate, but she said she was afraid she would get in trouble. So, instead of having a calm, serene atmosphere which is a reasonable expectation during a massage, I left upset and stressed. No compensation was offered when I told the receptionist about my unsatisfactory experience, just an apology.
I canceled my next appointment and won't be back.
