We woke up this morning with water in our basement again. We had previously dealt with a small, one man shop plumbing service who has replaced our sump pump three times already. It went bad again and we needed help. Bishop was here within 3 hours and replaced the pump. The best part is 3 year warranty and Cormac, our technician. He was extremely helpful and great with the kids. I actually called Bishop over a year ago and the receptionist told me I should call the plumber who put the unit in because it should be under warranty. She could have taken my new business then, but she wanted what was best me. I will definitely use the again.
