I've dealt with this bank for 25 years. I had my FIRST overdraft mishap.. Yes ONE In 25 years which is inexcusable I realize.. Their fee of 32.50 created another overdraft mishap. They will only remove ONE of the fees as a 'courtesy'. Since there are not that many branches and it's not that convenient, I can get this kind of service at any other banking institution. Use a bank more convenient for you, the service is pretty much the same.
