We are writing to commend the customer service we recently received from Jason Page in fixing our mini-split air conditioning unit. We called to have it fixed during one of the few hot stretches of weather we have had this summer. Even though I am sure he was busy, Jason consistently made us feel like his top priority. He was flexible with scheduling, working around out two little boys' nap times since he knew the room units were in their bedrooms. He communicated clearly with us about what he thought the problem was, how the fix was going, and when we could expect the unit to be working again. His diagnosis was that we had tried to run the heat pump while there was snow around the outside unit. The condensation from the unit could not drain out the bottom properly, froze inside the unit, and broke it.
