Needed drain unclogged after 7pm called rotr-rooter the tech was there within the hour, He was very nice he explained everything he was going to do, & talked to me about If that wasn't the problem what he could do & how much it would cost me. His name was Graig, he was very helpful. I was worried, he told me not to worry that they dont charge because it's after hours, He explained every step he was about to do to see if i agreed with him i was very happy with the way he did everything, he eveen cleaned up all the "black slug" that was on the floor by the drain I'm a satisfied customer He also told me what to buy from roto-rooter to put in my drain.
